Bought this product and got delivery 5 days ago. Since then o have sent 4 email, called 8 times and no reply back. I bought this straight from JBL because o thought that’s was safer and I had some options if something is not right. But no one from the Thai-team answers. When you call them they say no speak English and they put you on hold until you get an answering machine. I have left a couple of messages. Hope JBL sees this and asks their Thai-team to reach out. No problem removing this review after someone contacts me back!
