If you purchased your product through a certified dealer, please follow their listed return policy for any exchanges or returns.

Warranty

JBL BandBox Trio comes with a 1-year product warranty from the date of purchase under Mahajak Development Co., Ltd. Register via the Mahajak Warranty website to access Mahajak Plus privileges and secure a 3-month warranty extension. Note that the warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, carelessness, natural disasters, or repairs carried out by non-certified shops.
